Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting is the company's highest body. It elects the company's Board of Directors, approves the annual accounts and the dividend proposed by the Board. It is also the forum for presentation and discussion of other issues of general interest to shareholders.

In accordance with the Articles of Association, all shareholders who have registered their addresses with the company will receive notice by mail no later than 21 days before a general meeting is held. The notice and relevant documents will also be published on the company's website at least 21 days before a general meeting is held.

The relevant documents that accompany the notice shall be comprehensive enough for shareholders to reach a decision concerning all of the agenda items that are going to be considered and voted on.
