Ana took initiative and was responsible for the global #WomeninSolstad conference held in the Company where many inspiring stories were shared.

Globally, within offshore shipping, we have a lot to learn from Brazil. Here they have done tremendous work towards improving gender balance and equal opportunities. It is great to have Ana with us on the team and she bring valuable experience to the Solstad organization.
