Extension of standstill and deferral agreement for Solship Invest 3 AS
Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement of July 6th, 2018, in which it was informed that Solship Invest 3 AS and its subsidiaries had entered into an agreement with its major financial creditors to postpone installments and interest payments until July 11th, 2018.
Solship Invest 3 AS and its subsidiaries have today received consent from the relevant financial creditors to extend the agreement until July 20th, 2018.
