Reference is made to the announcement by Solstad Maritime ASA earlier today, where the Board of Directors presented the results for the quarter ended 31 December 2025 and announced that it had resolved to distribute a cash dividend
of USD 0.032 per share to its shareholders, totalling approximately USD 15
million, based on the authorization approved by the General Meeting on 23 April 2025.
