General meeting in Solstad Offshore ASA
Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement dated 7 December 2023 regarding a request from Kistefos AS (“Kistefos”) that the board of Solstad Offshore ASA (“SOFF”) convenes an extraordinary general meeting in SOFF.
The date for the general meeting has been postponed in understanding with Kistefos. The date of the general meeting will be communicated separately later.
