New shares and warrants have been delivered

Reference is made to the announcement on 21 June 2017 regarding completion of the mergers.
The consideration shares in the mergers, the new shares issued to Aker Capital AS and Hemen Holding Limited and the converted former class B shares have now been delivered in VPS and are admitted to trading. The total number of SOFF shares issued and trading on the Oslo Stock Exchange is now 291,532,299 shares in one single share class.
In addition, 1,052,631 warrants have been delivered to Sagale Beteiligungsverwaltungs GmbH.
