These Standard Terms and Conditions set out the terms that will always apply to the purchase of Goods and/or Services (as applicable) by Solstad from the Seller unless the parties have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
For the avoidance of doubt, any terms and conditions stated in Seller`s order confirmation shall not apply to the purchases of Goods and/or Services (as applicable) by Solstad.
