SOFF – Shareholding disclosure

Hemen Holding Limited (“Hemen”), which is indirectly controlled by trusts established by John Fredriksen for the  benefit of his immediate family, has today acquired 4,496,842 shares at a price of NOK 9.40 per share and 227,942 shares at a price of NOK 9.33 per share in Solstad Farstad ASA (“SOFF”). After the acquisition Hemen holds 47,189,231 shares in SOFF, representing 16.2 % of the shares  and votes in SOFF. Hemen does not hold rights to shares in  SOFF.
