Termination of bare-boat contracts

Solstad Offshore (SOFF) and SFL Corporation Ltd (SFL) have agreed to terminate the bareboat charter agreements for the two PSV’s Sea Halibut and Sea Pike and the vessels have been handed back to SFL. Both vessels have been in laid up since 2016.
