Extension & New Contracts

Solstad Farstad ASA (SOFF) is pleased to announce that Statoil has declared their option to extend the AHTS “Normand Ferking” with one year from September 2017. This is the second out of a total of three yearly options.

In addition SOFF has entered into a contract with Prysmian Powerlink Srl for hire of the CSV “Normand Flower” for a period of 4 months firm with possible options, commencement of contract is 15th of July 2017

Further to the above SOFF has entered into a contract with Tideway B.V. for hire of the CSV “Normand Jarstein” for a period of 3 months firm with further 4 months option, commencement of contract September 2017.

The contract with Prysmian Powerlink Srl and Tideway B.V is strategically important contracts for SOFF in the company’s continued commitment to the renewable energy segments.

The commercial terms are confidential between the parties.
