Contract Announcement Policy
Solstad will publish contract awards when awarded if considered to be material. The limit for the contracts to be considered material is when the firm contract value exceeds USD 10 million. Contracts with a value below USD 10 million are usually not announced but are included in the total order intake each quarter. Solstad will aim to provide information on contract values either by accurate value or by using the below defined ranges.
Major: Above USD 100 million
Very large: USD 50 million to USD 100 million
Large: USD 30 million to USD 50 million
Substantial: USD 10 million to USD 30 million
