Extension of standstill and deferral agreement for Solship Invest 3 AS
Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement of 30 June 2018, in which it was informed that Solship Invest 3 AS and its subsidiaries had entered into an agreement with its major financial creditors to postpone instalment and interest payments until 6 July 2018.
Solship Invest 3 AS and its subsidiaries have today received consent from the relevant financial creditors to extend the agreement until 11 July 2018.
