Reference is made to the stock exchange communication of Solstad Offshore ASA (the “Company”) of March 31st, 2020 in which it was announced that the Company and a large majority of its stakeholders had established a common plan to finalise the negotiations for the restructuring of the Company on the basis of a restructuring outline (as described in the communication, the “Restructuring Outline”).

SMART Award to Normand Subsea
Normand Subsea has been awarded a SMART award from Subsea 7 for the contribution and ownership that they took on the 2019 Normand Subsea HSE Engagement Plan. The Normand Subsea team were recognized for a SMART award due to the collaborative contribution of the team on-board (i-Tech 7 & Solstad) to the 2019 HSE Engagement Plan and determination of the team to ensure that the Normand Subsea is a safe worksite that we can all be proud of.

Delivery of DLB Norce Endeavour to new owner
Solstad Offshore ASA (“the Company”) informed in March of this year that Saipem Portugal Commercio Maritimo Ltd has exercised the purchase option for the DLB Norce Endeavour, and the Company is pleased to announce that delivery of the barge now has taken place.

Normand Energy
After 3 ½ years in layup, Normand Seven, once awarded “Ship of the Year” when she was delivered as a newbuilt in 2007, finally let go of her layup moorings in Bøvågen first week of January 2020. She moved alongside quay at our own Husøy Offshore base for commencing re-activation and a due 10 years classification.
