Reference is made to the 4Q report of Solstad Offshore ASA published on 25 February, and to the information provided therein related to Normand Maximus.
Solstad Offshore ASA has been made aware that a legal proceedings have been filed between other parties related to the Normand Maximus financing. Solstad Offshore ASA or its subsidiaries are not a party to the proceedings, and otherwise refers to the information provided in the 4Q report on Normand
Maximus.
