Refinancing of Solstad Offshore
Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Solstad Offshore ASA (“Solstad”, “Company”) 23 October 2023 regarding the refinancing of Solstad Offshore (the “Notice”).
The enclosed presentation supplements and gives a more illustrative overview of the Solstad refinancing and the transaction presented in the Notice.

As a consequence of the overall refinancing solution the Company need some more time to prepare the third quarter financial report. The third quarter report will be published 30. November 2023.
