Solstad Maritime ASA – Contract awards for 2 AHTS vessels in the APAC region

Solstad Maritime ASA (“SOMA”) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded firm contracts for the AHTS vessels Normand Scorpion and Normand Saracen, with a combined duration of 475 days.
The contracts are expected to commence in Q2/Q3 2027 and include 400 days of options beyond the firm periods.
The combined value of the firm contracts is Substantial, which SOMA defines as contracts with value between USD 10 and 30 million. The firm contract value is estimated at the upper end of this interval. Under the contracts, the vessels will perform drilling support activities in the APAC region.
