Solstad Maritime ASA: Presentation of Third Quarter 2026 results

Solstad Maritime ASA (SOMA) is pleased to present its financial results for the third quarter 2026.
CEO Lars Peder Solstad states:
“The quarter delivered record-high Adjusted EBITDA, supported by improved utilization and day rates across the fleet. With a solid financial position and healthy order intake we are well positioned for 2027.”
- Adjusted EBITDA of USD 117 million in the quarter compared to USD 69 million same quarter last year. Full-year Adjusted EBITDA guidance narrowed to USD 375 –390 million
- Total order intake of USD 235 million in the quarter resulting in a book-to-bill ratio of 1.2x
- The AHTS North Sea spot/project fleet drove improvements in earnings, with the CSV fleet also improving quarter-over-quarter
- Distributes cash dividend for Q3 2026 of USD 0.12/share, totaling USD ~56 million
