SOLSTAD OFFSHORE ASA – KEY INFORMATION RELATING TO Q3 2026 DIVIDEND
Skudeneshavn, 4 November 2026:
Reference is made to the announcement by Solstad Offshore ASA earlier today, where the Board of Directors presented the results for the quarter ended 30 September 2026 and announced that it had resolved to distribute a cash dividend of USD 0.30 per share to its shareholders, totalling approximately USD 25 million, based on the authorization approved by the General Meeting on 13 May 2026. Key information relating to the cash dividend is set out below:
• Dividend amount: USD 0.30 per share
• Declared currency: USD (please note that the dividend will be paid out in NOK)
• Last day of trading in the Solstad Offshore ASA share inclusive of the right to receive the dividend: 5 November 2026
• Ex-date: 6 November 2026
• Record date: 9 November 2026
• Distribution date: On or about 20 November 2026
• Date of approval: 4 November 2026
