Solstad Offshore ASA: Presentation of Third Quarter 2026 results

Solstad Offshore ASA (SOFF) is pleased to present its financial results for the third quarter 2026.
CEO Lars Peder Solstad states:
“We delivered solid performance in the third quarter, with high fleet utilization and a strengthened financial position. With continued positive demand for offshore energy services, we are well positioned going forward.”
- Total Adjusted EBITDA of USD 41 million in the quarter compared to USD 29 million same quarter last year
- Declared the USD 125 million purchase option for Normand Maximus in October 2026 with delivery in October 2027
- Delivered Normand Tonjer to its new owners in September 2026. The sale resulted in an accounting gain of USD 24 million
- Distributes cash dividend for Q3 2026 of USD 0.30/share, totaling USD ~25 million
