Subsequent offering: update on number of subscription rights
Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Solstad Offshore ASA on 20 October 2020 at 11:49 CET regarding inter alia the contemplated subsequent offering towards Eligible Shareholders (as defined in the aforementioned notice).
Following the count of Eligible Shareholders as per the record date for the right to participate in the subsequent offering, the number of non-transferable subscription rights to be granted for each share held (on a consolidated basis) has been adjusted from 8.33103381 to 8.2285.
Each subscription right will give the right to subscribe for and be allocated one share in the subsequent offering, subject to applicable securities laws. The subscription period for the subsequent offering commences on 26 October 2020 at 09:00 CET.
