Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by AMSC ASA (under liquidation) (“AMSC”) on 15 May 2025 that payment of the dividend-in-kind in the form of AMSC’s shares in Solstad Maritime ASA (“SOMA”) had been completed, and that for shareholders subject to withholding tax, a portion of their shares had been withheld and will be sold by AMSC for cash in the market to cover such tax.
