Sale of vessels

Solstad Rederi AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Solstad Offshore ASA, has sold six vessels whereof four PSV’s Sea Trout, Normand Trym, Normand Vibran, REM Supplier and two AHTS’s Normand Ivan and Far Santana.

Contract extension for CSV Normand Vision

Solstad Offshore ASA is pleased to announce that Havfram AS have exercised their option to extend present contract for CSV Normand Vision. The firm contract will then expire December 31st, 2023 and there are no further options thereafter.
